What’s Included:
The Compass Program is a 3 session program, designed to give you clarity, confidence, and a clear direction to move forward on your career journey.
During our time together, we’ll dig deep into what makes you tick, your “why”, your native genius, and what makes the most sense for you given your current professional situation.
By the end of our work together you will have:
A clear definition of the role and company type to pursue moving forward
Clarity on your native genius and professional strengths
Confidence in your professional narrative and the story to convey on your search
A job search strategy to ensure that you move forward in the right direction.

The first step to joining the Compass Program is to schedule a consultation call.
Once we’ve determined that the program is a good fit for your goals and you’ve reserved your spot, we’ll schedule your coaching calls and get to work!

The program is (3) 60 minute calls and the duration depends on how long you wish to receive support (and how long it takes you to do your homework!).
However, the first meeting will be focused solely on determining your path and where we can focus on your career goals and start taking steps toward your next role.

On the weeks we meet, you can expect to spend 2-3 hours working on this:
A 1-hour weekly coaching session and 1-2 hours/week of independent work.

The Compass Program costs $1,499. This includes (3) 60 minute coaching calls and any related materials.

This program is best suited for mid to senior level professionals looking for guidance and clarity on their next steps forward.
It is not currently suited for highly technical professionals (such as software engineers or analysts).

If you’re ready to put in the work, being honest with yourself, and you’re open to learning and shifting your job search strategy, then this program is for you! I won’t do the work for you, but I’ll give you all of the tools you need to thrive.
